I went to The Boat and Caravan Club in Mpumalanga at the Witbank Dam with my Family this December and we had the time of our lives. The place is back to perfect. Clean Facilities and excellent service.

The grounds are well kept with easy launching and mooring. Plenty of space for fishing too. The Chalets are not lavish, basic tv, open plan kitchen with everything you need and neat bedrooms that could do with ceiling fans on those hot nights. Simple clean and perfect for that extra comfort if you are not a camper.

My wife and I with two kids stayed under 11 in a chalet and my brother in law stayed on a campsite with wife and teenage kids and friends. Lots of security and plenty for the kids to do while my wife and I enjoyed some "special Time". Well worth the short trip from Johannesburg. They have a well-stocked shop and bar. If you don't feel like cooking then just order ...anything from burgers to pizzas.

You know what they say....if the wife and kids are happy....  you going to have a good time.
